Founded by the resilient ten-year-old Yasmine after her own Type 1 diabetes diagnosis, 411Gear is a unique amalgamation of cutting-edge technology and child-friendly comfort. We understand that children often feel self-conscious wearing medical ID bracelets and are frequently uncomfortable in them. Yasmine shared these sentiments and saw an opportunity to do things differently, turning her diagnosis into a mission of empowerment and help for others like her.

At 411Gear, we create fashionable, comfortable clothing with an integrated Medical ID QR Code. This provides medical providers and first responders with immediate, secure access to crucial health information during emergencies, all without the need for traditional, conspicuous medical ID bracelets. We're not just transforming children's fashion; we're revolutionizing emergency medical response for children with medical conditions and allergies.
